The Grottaferrata Residence is provided with a large and bright room that can be arranged for meetings, conferences, training courses, recruitment sessions, workshops, samples presentations, exhibitions.
The room may be easily divided into small independent areas by a simple "open space" system and is equipped with air-conditioning, film projector, projection screens, overhead projector.
The Residence is also at your disposal for any event organization support: reception, help with secretary work, taxi bookings, fax/e-mail service, internet search, provided on request. Coffee break and quick lunch available on request into the attached bar room.

The room can accommodate up to 35/40 people, with its flexible desks and chairs layout:

- theatre style: up to 35/40 seats (speaker excluded) with writing tablets, single or double row - U, L or O shape
- boardroom style: up to 25/30 seats (speaker excluded).
- cabaret style: up to 20/25 seats (speaker excluded).
