The Residence of Grottaferrata is the ideal accommodation for professionals with long trips or for businesses that may provide for their employees, apartment for long periods with the convenience of contracts slender, without having to think of connections for utilities and related bills. The hospitality and quiet will make you feel at home.
Stays must be a minimum of one week to one month renewable contracts.
The apartments are of various types: studios and apartments with different characteristics.
Small: |
Different types of square meters and number of beds. One and three-room apartments from 25 to 40 square meters. Up to 2 places letto.Tutti with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom, with and without panoramic balconies or private outdoor space. All have direct dial telephone and wireless internet connection. |
Medium: |
Different types of square meters and number of beds. Up to 3 people. One and three-room apartments of 45 square meters. All with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom, with and without balconies. All have direct dial telephone and wireless internet connection. |
Large: |
Different types of square meters and number of beds. Up to four people. Two-room apartments of 55 sqm. All with fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. All have direct dial telephone and wireless internet connection. |
The apartments are ready for a first welcome, clean and equipped with linens for the bed and for the bathroom.
You can request, at an extra, and a change of linen for bedroom or bathroom is clean of 'apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
